CashPay

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. The service

CashPay is a Telegram-based service that enables users to convert USDT and USDC stablecoins to Nigerian Naira (NGN) and receive the proceeds directly to a Nigerian bank account. By using CashPay, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria (or hold a valid Nigerian bank account) to use CashPay. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Supported assets and networks

CashPay currently supports:

  • USDT on BNB Chain (BEP-20), Tron (TRC-20), and Solana (SPL)
  • USDC on BNB Chain (BEP-20), Solana (SPL), and Base (ERC-20)

Sending unsupported assets or sending on an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of funds. CashPay is not liable for deposits made to the wrong network or in unsupported tokens.

4. Rates and fees

The sell rate (NGN per USDT) is set by CashPay and synced to live market rates with an applied margin. The rate shown when you initiate a sell is the rate applied to your transaction. A flat service fee is deducted per withdrawal. Both the rate and fee are displayed before you confirm — you are under no obligation to proceed.

Rates can change at any time. CashPay does not guarantee any specific rate or rate availability.

5. Withdrawals and payouts

Once you confirm a sell, CashPay will initiate a bank transfer to the account on file. Most transfers complete within 5 minutes. If a payout fails for any reason, your USDT is automatically refunded to your CashPay wallet. CashPay does not hold NGN on your behalf — all NGN is transferred directly to your bank.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the bot at the time of a withdrawal request.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use CashPay to:

  • Launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity
  • Circumvent Nigerian financial regulations or CBN directives
  • Conduct transactions on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Attempt to manipulate rates or exploit system errors
  • Provide false bank account information

CashPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of prohibited activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

7. Referral program

CashPay operates an optional referral program. Referral commissions are credited at the rate applicable at the time of the referred user's transaction. CashPay reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Commissions earned via fraudulent referrals will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of liability

CashPay provides its service "as is." We are not liable for: losses caused by blockchain network congestion or failures; bank processing delays beyond our control; incorrect bank account details provided by the user; or losses resulting from sending funds on unsupported networks.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CashPay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
